These terms govern your use of this website and the free tools on it. They are not the terms of an engagement — those live in a separate MSA and SOW, which take precedence over anything here.
1. Agreement
This website is operated by Kamaan AI Solutions Private Limited. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is, and is not
This site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to provide services. Pricing shown is indicative and subject to scoping. A commercial relationship begins only when a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work are signed by both parties.
Where these terms conflict with an executed MSA or SOW, the MSA or SOW prevails.
3. The free tools
The calculators, diagnostics and scorecards on this site are estimation aids. They run entirely in your browser, produce results from assumptions you supply, and are provided without warranty. They are not financial, legal, tax or professional advice, and no decision of consequence should rest on them alone.
4. Applications
Submitting the Apply form does not create any obligation on either side. We may decline any application without giving reasons. Information you submit is handled per our Privacy Policy. Please do not submit confidential information through the form — if there is something we need to see under NDA, tell us and we will send one.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, diagrams, code, the Kamaan name and mark — is owned by Kamaan AI Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, sell it, or use it to train a machine-learning model without written permission.
Third-party names and marks on this site — Zoho, Tally, Microsoft, Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Atlassian, Slack, Shopify, Freshworks and others — belong to their respective owners. Their appearance denotes interoperability, not partnership, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others.
- Do not use the site to transmit malware or unlawful material.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Kamaan.
7. Third-party links
We link to external sites we find useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer and liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement in respect of the website and its free tools.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to ₹10,000. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a contracted engagement is governed by the MSA, not by this clause.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
