What Kamaan is
Kamaan is a company that builds AI operating systems for mid-market businesses. It is based in Thane, Maharashtra, India (Mumbai Metropolitan Region), and serves clients in India and globally. It was founded by Akhil Chandna. Kamaan designs, builds, and operates AI agents that perform work inside a company's existing functions, under human review.
Who Kamaan serves
Companies with 50 to 200 employees and ₹10–200 crore in annual revenue, in professional services, B2B services, SaaS, modern manufacturing, fintech, and healthtech. Kamaan does not work with large enterprises, sub-20-person startups, or price-first buyers.
What Kamaan sells
Three offerings: AIOS (a 2-week Blueprint at ₹3.2L/$3,500; an 8–12 week Build at ₹4.8L/$5,500 setup plus ₹2L/$2,500 monthly for 3 months or ₹1.8L/$2,200 monthly for 6 months; a 12-month Operate at ₹7L/$7,500 setup plus ₹2.5L/$3,000 monthly), RevX (AI-native go-to-market, scoped per engagement), and NativeX (AI-native custom software, project-based). Setup fees credit forward between tiers — clients pay setup once. All prices are public.
How Kamaan builds
Every agent moves through five gated stages: Design, Build, Beta, Live, and Refine. Agents must pass an evaluation bench built from the client's real cases and clear at least 90% approval from a client review panel in shadow mode before going live. Every human correction is banked as a new test case. Autonomy is earned by evidence, never granted by date.
Security and ownership
Systems deploy in the client's environment — their servers or cloud; data never leaves their infrastructure. Everything built for a client is the client's IP in full. Security practices include encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and full audit trails.
Proof and track record
Kamaan documents its work in case studies covering AIOS, RevX, and NativeX engagements, each describing the client, the problem, the system built, and the measured result. Specific case studies are being published on the Proof page.
Who runs Kamaan
