The Kamaan Blueprint

Two weeks. A clear, practical AI plan for your business.

Before you spend on AI, know exactly where it pays off, what to build first, who approves what, and what it costs. Fixed fee. Yours to keep.

Why it matters

The strategy and roadmap come before the tools.

Most AI initiatives fail because they chase hype, not business outcomes. They deploy fragmented tools, or automate things that do not move the needle.

The Blueprint makes sure that:

  • AI is a business enabler, not a tech experiment. Every candidate is tied to a job your team already does.
  • The right use cases get prioritised, ranked by value and readiness, before any build starts.
  • Everyone works from a shared roadmap, not in silos. Operations, sales and tech see the same plan.
  • Time and money are not wasted on efforts that lack relevance or operational feasibility. If the plan is not worth building, we say so.
How the 2 weeks work

Two weeks, two clear stages.

Week 1
Understand
We meet your leaders and key staff, watch how the work actually gets done, check your current tools and data, and measure today's time and cost.
Week 2
Plan
We pick the best places to use AI, choose your first AI assistants, decide who approves what, and build your 90-day plan.
The method

From messy process to a ranked plan for AI agents.

Before anything is automated, we redesign how the work should flow. Two simple pictures do most of the work: a canvas of how your business runs today, and a matrix that ranks what to fix first.

1Interview

Leaders for the goals, and the people doing the work for the reality.

2Map

Draw the Ops Canvas and mark where time and quality leak.

3Rank and validate

Place each fix on the matrix, then test it with your team.

4Plan

A 90-day roadmap with cost against benefit for your leadership.

Picture 1 · The Ops Canvas

Your business as three engines: how you win customers, how you deliver, and how you support them. Every step is mapped, and the friction is tagged. This is an illustrative example for a service business.

Every tagged step is a candidate for an AI assistant. Nothing else is.

Picture 2 · The Opportunity Matrix

Each tagged step gets a possible fix. We place every fix by how much it changes the business and how hard it is to build, then decide the order together.

Quick wins

Easy and valuable. These come first. They prove the value quickly and build trust for what follows.

Big swings

High impact, bigger build. The quick wins lay the foundation for these.

Nice-to-haves

Small gains. Fine to add, never the focus.

Deprioritise

A lot of work for little reward. Telling you not to build these is part of the job.

Illustrative placement, not client data. The matrix is a hypothesis until you have tested it, so we walk through it with your team in a short workshop before anything is final.

What that gives you

  • Redesigned processes, not just automated old ones. We fix the flow before we hand any step to an agent.
  • Defined AI agents for the quick wins: what each does, which tools it uses, who approves what.
  • A readiness check on every candidate: documented process, usable data and a named owner. Anything not ready gets fixed first.
  • A business case in your numbers: hours saved times people times cost, plus what the freed time can earn.

FAQ

Questions owners ask first.

Is the Blueprint just a sales exercise?
No. It's paid, fixed-fee work with six deliverables you keep. Plenty of clients use the plan with their own team, and that's fine by us.
What if we don't want to continue?
Then you stop. The plan, the opportunity list and the cost-benefit summary are yours.
Do you need access to our systems?
View-only access to the tools involved. We don't change or automate anything during the Blueprint.
Can you do this for RevX (sales) or NativeX (software)?
Yes. The same 2-week format, focused on your sales pipeline or your software instead of operations, at the same ₹3.5L + GST price.
